| Our event was hosted by Joe Rieser (Westland Class of 1973) and his family. Joe is the brother of our classmate, Teri Ann Rieser and his family opened their home for our event in honor of her memory. | ||

| Our wonderful meal was prepared and donated by Grinders Lincoln Village. They also donated three staff members to
cater our meal. Grinders Lincoln Village is owned by our classmates
Nicholas Thomas Anderson and
Diana Laine (Loless) Anderson. When visiting the west side, I’ve stopped there for lunch or dinner several times and have greatly enjoyed their restaurant. I have also heard personal testimonies from others who have dined there and complimented not only their food and service, but also the quality of their long-serving employees. | An awesome change-up this year was the addition of live music - provided by The MLC Project. MLC Project is mostly made up
of Westland graduates from the classes of 1973 and 1974. Their music was tremendous and kept us all engaged the entire evening.

| This wonderful memorial was designed and constructed by the talented Angela (Phillips) Gelasi.
Angie’ beautiful creation impacted all those who paused at the venue’s entrance to contemplate on our 67 friends who have passed away. You can search for “Angela Gelasi” online and find many references where you can appreciate her incredible artistry. | ||

| Our aerial photography was provided by Jim Gabriel (Westland Class of 1973) and his drone. More to come later on this. By the way, Jim also helped us about 10 years ago when he digitized the three musical albums produced by the Westland Music Program during the 1970s. His efforts made our music easy to enjoy. See the section below about the music program. | ||

| This is very important! We would hate for someone to miss our next event because they were not aware. Below are two lists of classmates. The first is a list of people for who we have US Mail addresses that may or may not be correct. We will send letters to these through the mail and hope the address is correct.
