30 years! WOW....Hard to believe. The first 5 years after graduation were a blurrrr. Dead end job and too much partying lead me to 4 years in the Army (best thing I ever did) where I learned aviation electronics repair. That's how I got to Georgia. I married Cindy (a true southern'r from Georgia/Texas) in 1981 and we lived in Savannah for three years. After the Army we moved back to Columbus and went to work for Xerox. But after two Ohio winters it was back south to Atlanta where I've been an Air Traffic Controller since 1988. I bet if you had known that you might have taken a train to Florida! Cindy is a group leader for WeightWatchers. She's really good at her job and has helped a bunch of people, but she's not doing so hot with me...she tries...I don't! We have two boys...Brandon is a construction manager for Pulte Homes in North Atlanta and Chris is in the Air Force, training in Air Traffic at St. Joseph, Mo. |
